Why do endocrine disorders occur?

The human body has an endocrine system, which secretes various hormones and regulates the metabolism and physiological functions of the body together with the nervous system. Under normal circumstances, various hormones are in balance, but if this balance is disrupted for some reason (too much or too little of a certain hormone), this results in endocrine disorders, which can cause the corresponding clinical manifestations. Endocrine disorders can occur in both men and women. Physiological factors: Endocrine gland hormones in the human body can keep the physiology in balance, but these growth regulators are generally out of balance with age, which is why the younger we are, the less endocrine becomes a troubling topic, but as we get older, we need to give it more attention. In some people, endocrine disorders come from genetics. Nutritional factors: The body must have enough and proper nutrition to maintain normal physiological functions, otherwise, endocrine and other problems will appear one by one. Many women today lose too much weight and do not consume enough food, so endocrine and other problems will appear one by one. Emotional factors: Psychology is also an important reason. We have to bear the pressure from all sides, which kind of pressure need to fight 12 points to deal with, it is difficult to completely relax. This state of tension and emotional changes reflected to the nervous system, will cause hormone secretion disorders, which is commonly known as endocrine disorders. Environmental factors: Severe environmental pollution is another major factor in female endocrine disorders. Some chemical substances in the air, after entering the human body through various channels, undergo a series of chemical reactions, indirectly leading to menstrual disorders, endocrine disorders and many other problems.
