Bone metastases that are severe and serious should not be walked on. Surgery can effectively reduce the tumor load, alleviate the preoperative symptoms, stabilize the bone structure, and relieve the compression of spinal cord and nerves caused by spinal metastatic tumors. Secondly, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy can be used to control the tumor systemically. People with bone metastases need to avoid strenuous exercise in order to prevent pathological fracture, seek medical treatment in time once physical discomfort occurs, relax their mentality, and cooperate with doctors for active treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
