Rotavirus infection results in yellow, watery stools, or what is known as egg drop stools, without mucus or pus or blood. Rotavirus infection caused by diarrhea is a self-limiting disease, there is no effective antiviral drugs, mainly to take symptomatic treatment, and actively give intravenous rehydration to prevent dehydration, ionic disorders.
