Symmetrical pain in the upper extremities should be seen promptly, and the cause can be determined through physical examination as well as imaging examination, and finally treatment according to the cause can provide satisfactory relief of pain symptoms in both upper extremities. Patients should also pay attention to avoid overexertion and protect the cervical spine to avoid the occurrence of bilateral upper limb pain symptoms in ordinary life.
