Pelvic effusion after laparoscopy, less than 2.0cm may be physiological, if more than 2.0cm, mostly belongs to the pathology, may be caused by inflammation.
1. Physiological pelvic effusion: after ovulation, due to follicular rupture, follicular fluid and other secretions, may flow into the pelvis to form effusion, this situation does not require treatment.
2. Pathological pelvic effusion: pelvic effusion more than 2.0cm, accompanied by abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain and other phenomena, may be caused by pelvic inflammation, need to use sensitive antibiotic treatment, such as cephalosporin, quinolone antibiotics and so on.
