How to treat the pre-symptoms of cerebral infarction

The pre-symptoms of cerebral infarction are transient ischemic attack, which can be treated with drugs and interventional surgery. 1. Drug treatment: early oral aspirin, clopidogrel and other antiplatelet drugs, atorvastatin, resuvastatin and other plaque-stabilizing drugs, if it is caused by cardiac embolism, warfarin, rivaroxaban and other anticoagulant drugs can be given. 2. Interventional surgery: If transient ischemic attack is caused by clear lesions of large blood vessels, interventional surgery can be considered, such as carotid endarterectomy and stent implantation. Pre-existing symptoms of cerebral infarction should be taken seriously, and timely medical treatment should be sought to avoid progression of the disease and poor prognosis. Drugs should be used under the guidance of a physician, do not blindly take on their own.
