Endometrial thickening does not necessarily lead to cancer. If endometrial thickening is not associated with irregular vaginal bleeding or menstrual changes, gynecological ultrasound can be repeated after menstruation is cleared, and if the endometrial thickening disappears after repeated gynecological ultrasound, it is normal and does not need special treatment. If endometrial thickening occurs, the patient has vaginal bleeding or menstrual changes, in this case, further examination of hysteroscopy plus diagnostic scraping or diagnostic curettage, diagnostic scraping needs to be further sent to the pathology, according to the pathology before deciding on the next step in the treatment. In this case, endometrial cancer may occur, but the diagnosis can only be made after the pathology results are available.
