At present, there are the following two surgical options for choledochal calculus cholecystitis: duodenoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography + laparoscopic cholecystectomy (ERCP + LC), laparoscopic choledochotomy (LCBDE).
1.ERCP+LC: ERCP surgery is to enter the bile duct through the natural channel, through the mouth, esophagus, stomach, duodenum, to take out the stones, with fast recovery, high safety, and relatively expensive cost. And then laparoscopic surgery is used to remove the gallbladder.
2.LCBDE: It can remove the gallbladder and common bile duct at the same time to explore and take out the stone, there is an incision, but less trauma, the cost is relatively low, the economic conditions of the poorer patients are more often choose this surgery.
If choledocholithiasis is detected, the surgical program can be selected according to the patient’s condition and requirements.
