Sweating in summer when you move is mostly due to body qi deficiency, yang deficiency, physiological reasons. Qi deficiency weakens the fixation of fluids, which can lead to sweating after summer activities, mostly due to the usual poor physical condition, prolonged illness, exertion, diet and other factors. Most of the time, it will be manifested as symptoms such as less qi and laziness (lack of strength, don’t want to talk), shortness of breath, fatigue (mental exhaustion, physical weakness), dizziness, and sweating after activities. Yang deficiency needs to be treated symptomatically with Yang tonifying drugs, such as Baoyuan Tang. Sweating in summer can be seen as a result of particularly hot weather and physiological causes. After hot weather activities, the body heat will be discharged through sweating to avoid heat stroke.
