Location of the inner thigh meridians

The medial thigh meridians are located behind the medial side of the Foot Shao-Yin Kidney meridian, in the medial midline of the Foot Syncopal Liver meridian, and in front of the medial side of the Foot Tai-Yin Spleen meridian.
1. The Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian is on the medial side of the thigh. This meridian starts below the lesser toes of the foot, passes obliquely through the center of the foot, comes out from under the thick rump of the navicular bone, follows the inner ankle, enters the middle of the heel, goes upward toward the inner calf, comes out of the inner popliteal fossa, and goes up to the medial posterior border of the inner thigh.
2. The Foot Convulsive Yin Liver Meridian is found on the medial side of the thigh. This meridian starts from the hairy part of the big toe after the claw nail, goes up the dorsum of the foot, reaches a point 1 inch from the inner ankle, goes up to 8 inches above the inner ankle, and then intersects the Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, goes up the medial side of the popliteal fossa, along the medial side of the thigh, and then enters into the pubic hairs.
3. The Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian is found in the inner thigh. This meridian starts from the end of the big toe, travels along the inner side of the big toe, along the red and white meat margin (the position where the palm of the hand meets the back of the hand, and the heart of the foot meets the back of the foot), passes through the nucleus pulposus (the medial side of the 1st metatarsal phalanx joint), goes up over the anterior edge of the ankle, then goes up the gastrocnemius muscle in the calf, along the back of the shin bone, and before it intersects the Foot Syncopal Hepatocardial Meridian, goes up to the anterior edge of the medial knee-femur (the inside of the thigh), and then into the abdomen.
The selection and operation of meridians and acupoints need to be guided and operated by the judgment of a professional physician. If necessary, it is recommended to go to a regular medical institution in a timely manner in order to avoid delaying the condition.
