How to normalize a low white blood cell count

If the cause of low white blood cell count is caused by special drugs, the drugs can be stopped at the right time; if the cause is serious infection, anti-infection treatment can be given; if the cause is hematological diseases such as agranulocytosis, the drugs can be given to raise white blood cells. 1. Discontinuation of special drugs: some patients taking anti-cancer chemotherapy drugs and anti-tuberculosis drugs may have low white blood cell counts as a side effect of the drugs, which need to be discontinued at an appropriate time according to the condition and the degree of white blood cell reduction. 2. Anti-infective treatment: patients with serious infections will not have higher white blood cell counts, but lower than normal, and should be actively treated with antibiotics, such as the use of ceftriaxone as prescribed by the doctor. 3. Other medications: some hematologic diseases such as granulocytopenia can be injected with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and other drugs to promote leukocyte production. If the low white blood cell count is caused by leukemia or cataract, it needs to be treated according to the cause of the disease. If low white blood cell count occurs in daily life, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals to clarify the cause of treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
