Most consideration is given to an idiopathic tremor when talking and shaking the head unconsciously. The disease can occur at any age, with a higher incidence in middle-aged and older adults over 40 years of age. Some patients may also have head tremor, head shaking, neck tremor, lower extremity tremor, other positive neurological signs, increased muscle tone, etc. No specific treatment is usually required. If the patient’s symptoms seriously affect daily life, propranolol can be taken orally.
