Scleral bluing usually manifests as a bluish-white or pale blue colour in the white part of the eye and is a non-specific sign. It can be caused by a variety of conditions, including ocular conditions such as sclerochoroiditis or non-ocular conditions such as osteogenesis imperfecta and iron deficiency anaemia.
