What’s wrong with puffy eyes in the summer?

Swollen eyes in summer may be caused by physiological factors such as staying up all night, or pathologic factors such as granuloma.
1. Physiological factors: due to often stay up late, poor sleep and other reasons, causing dry eyes, swelling. Drinking too much water before going to bed can lead to sodium and water retention, causing edema in the eyes and other parts of the body.
2. Pathological factors: due to staphylococcal infection, which causes granuloma, redness, swelling, heat, pain and other symptoms, resulting in puffy eyes. In addition, cardiac and renal insufficiency may also lead to edema of the eyes, which requires treatment of the primary disease.
In summer heat, the bed will be laid cool mat, due to the hard texture of the cool mat, when sleeping at night, may cause pressure on the eyes, resulting in lymphatic reflux obstruction, thus forming edema.
Swollen eyes, excluding physiological factors, should go to the hospital in a timely manner, according to the cause of treatment.
