If the excessive sleep belongs to the evidence of deficiency and decline of yang qi, it can be manifested as faintness of the heart and spirit, tiredness and sleepiness, mental fatigue and laziness, fear of cold and cold limbs, white color (white and lusterless), forgetfulness; thin and feeble pulse, pale tongue and thin moss.
