How is cervical inflammation treated?

  Cervical inflammation is one of the common gynecological diseases. Under normal circumstances, the cervix has a variety of defensive functions, including mucosal immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity, and is an important line of defense to prevent pathogenic bacteria from entering the upper reproductive tract, but the cervix is also susceptible to infection due to damage from childbirth, sexual intercourse and uterine operations.  It is divided into acute cervicitis and chronic cervicitis: 1. Acute cervicitis is mainly seen in infected abortion, puerperal infection, cervical injury or vaginal foreign body co-infection. Some patients are asymptomatic. Those with symptoms mainly present with increased vaginal discharge, mucopurulent, itching and burning sensation in the vulva caused by vaginal discharge irritation. In addition, there may be lumbar acidity and lower abdominal cramping, and intermenstrual bleeding and post-coital bleeding may also occur.  2, chronic cervicitis is mostly caused by acute cervicitis not treated or not treated thoroughly, the pathogens hidden in the cervical mucosa to form chronic inflammation, mostly seen after childbirth, abortion or surgical damage to the cervix, the pathogens invade and cause infection. It includes cervical erosion, cervical polyp, cervical mucositis, cervical glandular cyst and cervical hypertrophy. The main manifestation is increased vaginal discharge.
