Skin cancer examination methods include: 1. pathological biopsy: a more accurate examination method, in which some tissues are cut from skin lesions and analyzed by microscope for cell morphology to diagnose its benign and malignant nature, and if necessary, immunohistochemical examination is performed to obtain more diagnostic information to help confirm the diagnosis; 2. electronic dermatoscopy: special light source is used to photograph the skin lesions and then magnify them to analyze the picture information and obtain diagnostic conclusion by comparing the pigment pattern and rash pattern. The diagnosis is obtained by comparing the pigmentation patterns and rash patterns. Dermoscopy is a non-invasive test that is painless and inexpensive. However, this method is only used for primary screening and the diagnosis must be confirmed by pathological examination.
