Fingerprinting Demonstration Process

Fingerprinting is usually clinically categorized into rectal and vaginal fingerprinting.

1. Rectal fingerprinting: the doctor puts on a cap and mask, disinfects his hands, asks the patient to empty his bladder and bowel, and takes the elbow-knee position, i.e., the elbow joint is flexed and placed on the bed, the chest is as close as possible to the examination bed, the knee joints are flexed at a right angle, and the hips are elevated. The doctor wears gloves on the right hand and applies a lubricant such as liquid paraffin, glycerin, etc., to the right index finger.

The right index finger is first placed around the anus and gently massaged to relax the anal sphincter. After the anal sphincter relaxes, the index finger is slowly inserted into the anus and the rectum to feel the tension in the anus and to check whether the inner wall of the rectum is smooth and whether there is any pressure and pain and fluctuation.

2. Vaginal palpation: divided into double and triple diagnosis. Double diagnostic examination requires the doctor to wear sterile gloves, the middle finger and index finger of one hand lubricated and slowly inserted into the vagina, check the vagina, cervix, uterus. The other hand is placed on the patient’s abdomen and the bottom of the uterus is examined with the patient’s breathing.

The triple diagnosis requires the doctor to wear sterile gloves, apply lubricant and insert one hand into the vagina, the middle finger into the rectum, and place the other hand on the lower abdomen for coordinated palpation.

If the patient needs diagnosis, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital.
