(2) Parkinson’s disease: belonging to the neurodegenerative diseases, patients may have slight involuntary hand tremors. It can be treated with medicines under doctor’s guidance, such as phenazopyridine hydrochloride tablets, levodopa tablets and so on. Involuntary hand trembling may also be caused by other reasons.
