Preventive care for prickly rash-like skin rash

  Prickly rash-like rash is a red corn-like papule of the skin, accompanied by intense itching and tingling sensation, commonly in hot and humid climates, caused by blockage of sweat ducts or impaired excretion.  For prickly rash-like rash there are several points to note: 1, do not scratch, especially the parts with blisters and papules, as long as there is a little damage to the risk of infection. The patient often unconsciously scratches it at night, so cut your nails short and put gloves on for children to sleep.  2, clothing, especially shirts and intimate clothing, do not have irritating. Generally soft cotton clothes are best, do not wear chemical fiber and woolen fabrics.  3, do not eat with irritating and greasy food.  4, bowel movements should be smooth, with constipation, can take light laxatives or enemas.  5.Keep the skin and mucous membranes clean.  6, to carefully observe the presence of systemic symptoms and its rash type.  7, try to avoid longer or short-term high-dose topical corticosteroid drugs.
