If abnormal hepatic biochemical parameters or clinical manifestations that may be related to liver injury such as general malaise, loss of appetite, anorexia, nausea, epigastric distention and pain, yellow urine, yellow eyes and yellow skin staining are observed during the use of the drug, the drug should be discontinued immediately and medical attention should be sought.
If an overdose occurs, there is a risk of serious liver effects and liver failure. Symptoms may not appear until 3 days later, and N-acetylcysteine or oral methionine is hepatoprotective if given intravenously or orally within 10 to 12 hours after an overdose, as prescribed by a physician. When an overdose is followed by treatment as soon as possible in either adults or children, even if there are no symptoms.

If signs or symptoms of metabolic acidosis such as deepening or accelerated breathing, dyspnea, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite occur, seek immediate medical attention.
