Criteria for determining lupus erythematosus

The diagnosis of SLE is confirmed by meeting 4 or more of a total of 11 SLE classification criteria. There is also lupus nephritis and lupus nephropathy in the kidneys, which eventually leads to uremia. 3. 2 laboratory tests: positive antinuclear antibodies and abnormalities of immune function, including antiphospholipid antibody-positive lupus anticoagulant and false-positive syphilis.
