In some children, abdominal pain, indigestion, rhinorrhea, rhinitis, and sinusitis also occur. Adverse reactions such as increased appetite, diarrhea, rash, irritability, emotional instability, and hyperactivity have also been seen in younger children, such as those under 12 years of age, but the chance of occurrence is less than 1%.
