The male hormone six is checked using a blood test.
The six hormones include follicle stimulating hormone FSH, luteinizing hormone LH, prolactin PRL, progesterone PRGE, estradiol E2, and testosterone TESTO.
Among them, follicle stimulating hormone is to promote the differentiation of germ cells into mature spermatozoa; luteinizing hormone promotes the growth of testicular mesenchymal stromal cells and secretion of testosterone; lactogen promotes the synthesis of testosterone by testicular mesenchymal stromal cells; an increase in progesterone and estradiol leads to a lack of androgens and the appearance of feminine characteristics; and a low level of testosterone will lead to a loss of libido.
The test is performed using a blood test and usually requires fasting before the blood is drawn.
If the results of the test are abnormal, please consult a doctor to determine the cause of the disease and follow the doctor’s instructions.
