HPV positive is not necessarily acromegaly, HPV low-risk positive may occur acromegaly, flat warts and other vulvar, vaginal or skin superfluous, high-risk HPV infection may cause cervical precancerous lesions or even cause cervical cancer, so HPV infection is divided into high-risk and low-risk type. If it is a low-risk type, it is a contagious sexually transmitted disease. If it is a high-risk type, if it is 16 or 18 positive, it needs to be referred to colposcopy, and under the colposcopy, a multi-point biopsy of the cervix is performed, and a clear diagnosis is made by pathologic examination, and pre-cancerous lesions and cervical cancer are ruled out, and then anti-HPV drugs are given to treat the HPV infection. In case of low-risk HPV infection, anti-viral drugs should be given and active examination should be carried out. Physical treatment should be carried out in case of vulvar growths.
