  Radiofrequency ablation: It is a method of treating arrhythmias by introducing electrical energy, laser, and radiofrequency current into the heart through a catheter to ablate cardiomyocytes in specific areas, thereby blocking the refractory loop and eliminating the lesion.  1.What do you need to do before the operation?  (1) Pay attention to keep warm before the operation and reduce visits to prevent colds.  (2) Prepare a commode and train urination and defecation in bed.  (3) Eat light and easily digestible food such as noodles and ravioli on the day of surgery, and avoid flatulent foods such as soy milk and eggs and milk.  (4) Empty urine before surgery.  2.How do you need to cooperate after surgery?  (1) You need to be given cardiac monitoring after surgery, please do not adjust the instruments privately.  (2)If you perform femoral artery puncture, you need to sandbag compression for 6 hours, brake the limb on the operation side for 12 hours, bed rest for 24 hours, ankle exercise 10 times/hour, bed urination and defecation, avoid increasing abdominal pressure action after surgery, such as urination, coughing, please press the puncture site to prevent bleeding.  (3) Eat light and easily digestible food, avoid foods containing much sugar and easy to produce gas such as soy milk, milk and soy products, etc. Normal diet can be resumed 24 hours after surgery, with low salt, low fat and low cholesterol easily digestible food.  (4) Please take your medication on time as prescribed by your doctor.  (5) If you feel unwell, please inform the medical staff in time.
