What’s going on with the pain under the heart?

Hidden pain underneath the heart is considered to be reflux gastritis, unstable angina, and so on.
1. Reflux gastritis: mainly due to the mixture of bile and intestinal fluid, which flows back to the stomach through the pylorus, thus stimulating inflammation of the gastric mucosa. Persistent abdominal discomfort and epigastric burning, burning sensation in the stomach and even esophagus, often accompanied by burping, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, poor bowel movement, loss of appetite and weight loss.
2. Unstable angina: an intermediate clinical syndrome between chronic stable angina and acute myocardial infarction. The nature of the chest pain or chest discomfort is similar to that of typical stable angina, but the pain is more severe and usually lasts for half an hour, occasionally occurring during sleep.
There are many other causes of vague pain under the heart, including myocardial injury, arrhythmia, chronic gastritis, etc. Prompt medical attention is recommended.
