How to treat celiac disease thoroughly

Celiac disease, now with medical advances, the concept has been negated, but rather cervical columnar epithelial ectasia. If there are no symptoms, generally no treatment is needed; symptomatic need to follow the doctor’s instructions for physical and drug treatment; if it is pathologic, surgical treatment is needed, and regular review after surgery.
1. Cervical erosion-like changes are only clinical symptoms, not a disease. Physiological, that is, columnar epithelium ectopic, so that the cervix is localized in erosion-like changes. Mostly seen in adolescence, reproductive age women estrogen secretion, oral contraceptives or pregnancy, due to the role of estrogen, so that the cervix is erosion-like change in appearance. If it is physiologic and asymptomatic, there is usually no need for treatment.
2. If the erosion-like changes are accompanied by increased secretion, papillary hyperplasia or contact bleeding, local physical therapy can be given, including laser, freezing, microwave and other methods, and medications, such as Povidone suppositories, can also be used for treatment.
3. Pathological ones, such as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and precancerous lesions of the cervix, can also make the cervix show erosion-like changes. In this case, surgical treatment is usually required. For example, endocervical neoplasia, cervical conization may be required.
Women with cervical erosion-like changes are advised to seek prompt medical attention, complete the relevant examinations, and receive targeted treatment under the guidance of a specialist. It is important to note that all of the above medications should be used under the guidance of a physician.
