Breast cancer is one of the more common tumors in life and occurs mostly in women, but a very small percentage of men also suffer from breast cancer. Patients with breast cancer need to undergo immunohistochemical tests. Three positives for breast cancer are those in which estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) are all positive. If all three indicators are positive, there are relatively more treatment options, and the treatment outcome and prognosis are better. If negative, there are relatively few therapeutic measures and the prognosis is poor. Positive patients can use treatment means including surgery and post-operative chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted drug therapy, etc. These patients tend to have a longer survival period, with a five-year survival rate of more than 80%. However, it cannot be ruled out that some patients will experience recurrence or metastasis after surgery, but overall, the chance of occurrence is significantly lower than that of triple-negative breast cancer patients. Breast cancer patients should maintain a healthy weight and engage in regular physical activity. Try to use high quality protein in the diet, such as fish, lean meat, eggs, nuts and soybeans. Eat more vegetables and fruits and less refined cereals, desserts, high-fat milk and fried foods, etc. Also, quit smoking and abstain from alcohol.
