A low HDL of 0.8mmol/l is a type of dyslipidemia, and when HDL is less than 1.0mmol/l it is known as low HDL anemia. There is no evidence-based medical evidence for pharmacologic interventions, and dietary control and lifestyle improvement interventions are generally used. HDL is a kind of lipoprotein with anti-atherosclerotic effect, which mainly transports cholesterol in peripheral tissues to the liver for degradation, so as to reduce the lipid level of peripheral tissues. 1. Diet control. Ensure a balanced diet in daily life, ensure food diversity, appropriate intake of cereal products, more vegetables and fruits and dairy products, appropriate intake of fish, chicken, eggs, pork and other foods, and maintain a low-salt and low-fat diet. 2. Improve lifestyle. Adhere to exercise, reduce sedentary behavior, and maintain normal body weight. Quit smoking and limit alcohol, sleep regularly and keep a good mindset. If there are other lipid problems, it is recommended to have further examination in regular hospitals and follow the doctor’s instructions.
