How to find the foot three miles

The three li of the foot is located on the anterolateral side of the lower leg, three inches below the calvaria, one cross finger from the front edge of the tibia. To find the third mile of the foot, for example, sitting on a chair with the palm of the foot flattened at 90°, use your tiger’s mouth around the knee, which is the area between the thumb and index finger. Then the index finger is placed directly in front of the calf below the knee, four fingers together, the middle finger pointing to the location if there is a soreness and tenderness after pressing, which in turn can indicate that this part is the foot three miles. If you do not find it, you can also try to draw the location of the third mile of the foot using a geometric method by touching the lateral side of the calf from the bottom to the top, and below the kneecap, you can feel a bump, which is the lateral tibial condyle. From there, a little further out, diagonally below, there is another bump, the small head of the fibula. These two bumps draw a line, this line as the bottom edge down to make a positive triangle, the apex of this positive triangle, is the foot Sanli point. Foot San Li is an important point of the Foot Yang Ming Stomach meridian, which has certain effects of tonifying Qi and blood, regulating the spleen and stomach, and activating the meridians. It has also been clinically suggested that acupuncture of the foot San Li point using acupuncture methods can enhance the digestive system and thus improve appetite. It can also increase the activity of the cerebral cortex of the nervous system to a certain extent and improve the function of the circulatory system.
