The general dose of honey is 60-100g per day for adults, but not more than 200g per day, divided into three doses: morning, noon and night. 30~60g in the morning, 40~80g at noon, 30~60g at night. 30g per day for children is better and can be taken in several times with warm water. The size of the dosage is mainly different from the purpose and need of taking honey, under normal circumstances, the dosage is slightly larger when used for treatment and smaller when used for health care, but also according to the actual physical and specific conditions of each person, the dosage is too small to achieve the corresponding effect, the dosage is too large and unnecessary, depending on the person’s situation.
