Traumatic synovitis of knee joint is a kind of disease with joint swelling, pain, limited movement as the main clinical manifestations, belongs to the category of Chinese medicine “paralysis”, mainly divided into wind-cold-dampness paralysis, wind-dampness-heat paralysis (often manifested as burning, pain, redness and swelling of joint muscles), phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals, and liver and kidney deficiency and other diseases. 1. Liver and kidney deficiency: manifested as prolonged paralysis, unfavorable flexion and extension of joints, muscle thinning, lumbar and knee soreness and weakness, pale red tongue with thin white fur, and thin and weak pulse.
