Why are you always constipated?

Constipation may be caused by insufficient food residue, reduced intestinal mucosal stress, lack of defecation power and intestinal occlusion.
1. Physiological factors: constipation may be caused by insufficient dietary fiber due to too little intake of fruits and vegetables. Common triggers include poor dietary habits, psychogenic anorexia and picky eating.
2. Decreased intestinal mucosal stress: mostly due to ignoring the urge to defecate or untimely defecation, taking laxatives for a long period of time, and recovery from intestinal inflammation.
3. Lack of defecation power: weakening of abdominal muscles, diaphragm, pelvic floor muscles and intestinal smooth muscles can also cause constipation.
4. Intestinal occlusion: intestinal adhesions, colorectal tumors, intestinal inflammation, ulcerative colitis, intussusception, intestinal torsion and other diseases lead to intestinal lumen occlusion, so that intestinal contents transport is blocked and constipation is caused.
Excluding physiological factors, if the symptoms continue to be unrelieved, it is recommended to consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of a doctor to determine the cause of the disease and targeted treatment, do not take medication on their own, so as not to delay the condition.
