What Acupuncture Points to Treat Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

Qihai, located in the lower abdomen, 1.5 inches below the umbilicus, on the anterior midline. It is used for treating weakness, failure to transform water and grain, pain around the umbilicus, diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, dysuria (unruly urination), and enuresis.
