Rehabilitation Methods for Habitual Shoulder Dislocation

Common rehabilitation for habitual shoulder dislocation is based on strength training of rotator cuff muscle groups. Such as internal and external rotation muscle group training, pectoralis major muscle training, deltoid muscle training and so on.
1. Internal and external rotation muscle group training: with the help of tension band, internal and external rotation muscle group training. For example, for internal muscle group training, the patient takes a standing position, the body is straight, the feet are shoulder width apart, the elbow joint is flexed at 90 degrees, and the tension band is held close to the body. The external rotator muscle group training is similar, the tension band to move away from the body direction.
2. Pectoralis major muscle training: can be trained with the help of tension bands, the patient to take a standing position, feet shoulder width apart, holding the tension band with both hands, pulling in the direction of the center of the body, you can exercise both sides of the pectoralis major muscle at the same time.
3. Deltoid training: Including the training of the anterior, middle and posterior deltoid muscles. With the help of dumbbells, tension band training.
(1) deltoid anterior fascia training: take a standing position, feet and shoulder width, arm straight will pull the tension band forward and upward, and then slowly return to the original position.
(2) middle deltoid training: take a standing position, feet shoulder-width apart, one hand to support the waist, one hand holding the tension band, arm straight, raise the arm horizontally, and then slowly retracted.
(3) Posterior deltoid training: with the help of dumbbells, legs apart in a lunge, one hand holding the support, keep the back straight, one hand holding the dumbbells, arm naturally down, and then do the elbow flexion 90 degrees.
It is recommended that patients consult a doctor in a timely manner, under the guidance of a professional doctor or rehabilitation therapist, to develop an individualized training program, do not blindly self-training, to avoid the adverse consequences.
