Cephalosporin has a therapeutic effect in patients with lymphadenitis, which is commonly a local soft tissue infection, secondary to inflammatory hyperplasia and enlargement of regional lymph nodes, with significant pain and even fever. Cephalosporin is a broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory drug, a beta-lactam antibacterial agent with a wide antibacterial spectrum, and can be used in the treatment of cellulitis and lymphadenitis. During treatment, attention should be paid to monitoring changes in local signs. If the lymph nodes become septic, there will also be significant pain, high fever, and even local soft tissue congestion, edema, and inflammatory reactions, and if necessary, surgery should be chosen for incision and drainage. During the period of taking cephalosporin, attention should be paid to not drinking alcohol because it is easy to induce serious allergic reactions and disulfiram-like reactions, which can be seriously harmful to human body.
