Most patients with cerebral congestion can be cured after regular and active treatment. The most common cause of cerebral congestion is high blood pressure or high cranial pressure, which causes excessive cerebral perfusion and leads to the occurrence of cerebral congestion in patients. If cerebral congestion is caused by increased blood pressure, blood pressure should be actively controlled. High pressure > 140 mmHg or low pressure > 90 mmHg is increased blood pressure. For patients with high blood pressure, active antihypertensive therapy should be carried out. First of all, the most important part of antihypertensive treatment is diet, which must be low salt and low fat diet, followed by selection of appropriate antihypertensive drugs in the hospital. There are many common clinical antihypertensive drugs, such as calcium antagonists, ACEI class, ARB class, diuretics and so on. The selection of antihypertensive drugs is different for each patient, and choosing the right antihypertensive drug to lower blood pressure can reduce the occurrence of cerebral congestion. If the increase of cranial pressure causes cerebral congestion, most patients are caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, then they should be hospitalized, and after treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction, eventually the patient’s cerebral congestion can be improved.
