Endometrial atypical hyperplasia is a precancerous disease. If endometrial atypical hyperplasia occurs, different treatments should be given according to the patient’s age and whether she has fertility requirements. For young women with fertility requirements, endometrial atypical hyperplasia can be treated by applying highly effective progesterone to transform the endometrium, and endometrial scraping should be done again after three months of standard treatment. In case of atypical endometrial hyperplasia due to older age, no fertility requirement or menopause, total hysterectomy should be performed in time to avoid the occurrence of endometrial cancer. For women with obesity, hyperlipidemia and irregular menstruation, gynecological ultrasound examination should be performed regularly to observe the thickness and echogenicity of endometrium, so that endometrial lesions can be detected, diagnosed and treated early, and usually pay attention to more physical exercise to enhance physical fitness and increase resistance.
