Can retinal hemorrhage be cured?

In the concept of clinical medicine, there is no such thing as cerebral retinal hemorrhage, but only the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is divided into spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage and traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. In the case of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, basically it can be completely cured after conservative treatment. However, in the case of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage, further cerebral angiography must be done to clarify whether it is caused by an aneurysm. If there is a definite intracranial aneurysm on angiography, embolization or cranial clamping must be done again for complete healing.
