Vaginal bleeding is normal if there is no other discomfort after the procedure.
IUD is a common remedy for incomplete early spontaneous abortion or incomplete medication abortion. Depending on the patient’s physical condition and uterine recovery, a small amount of vaginal bleeding usually occurs after the procedure, which lasts for about 3 to 7 days. If the uterus contracts well and the uterine lining repairs rapidly, some patients may also experience no vaginal bleeding after the procedure.
It is recommended to have a follow-up examination in hospital 7 to 15 days after the procedure, and ultrasound examination to know how the uterus recovers. If menstruation does not occur more than 1 month after the procedure, continue to visit the hospital to rule out uterine adhesions.
Complications after the removal of the uterus is more, it is recommended that the hospital visit, follow the doctor’s instructions, do not take medication without authorization, so as not to affect the health.
