Diseases of hypoglossia can be divided into the symptoms of excessive hypoglossia and hypoglossia. Hypoglossia can be divided into the symptoms of spleen deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, yin deficiency and dampness, dampness-heat infiltration and heat-toxicity condensation. (2) Kidney yang deficiency: the symptoms include abundant, thin and watery discharge, fear of cold and cold limbs (fear of cold, cold limbs), long and clear urine, nocturnal urination, pale tongue, white moss and slow pulse, treatment with Inner Tonic Pill. (3) Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome: symptoms include abundant and thick discharge, burning heat in the pubic region, lumbar and knee soreness and weakness (a feeling of soreness and weakness in the lumbar and knee regions), five heart-quietness and heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of being hot in the heart and chest), a red tongue with little moss, and a thin and countless pulse (a pulse that becomes narrower and finer, and at an accelerated rate); treatment is with Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan. (4) Dampness-heat underflow syndrome: the symptoms include abundant and yellowish discharge, bitter and greasy taste in the mouth, short and reddish urine (small amount of urine with dark yellow color), red tongue and slippery pulse, and the treatment is Stop Dropping Formula. (5) Heat-toxin accumulation syndrome: symptoms include abundant discharge, greenish-yellowish pus, mixed colors, irritable heat, bitter mouth and dry throat, short and reddish urine (small amount of urine, dark yellow in color), red tongue with yellowish greasy coating, and slippery pulse; treat with Five-flavored Disinfectant Drink. 2. Excessive Fecal Abundance (1) Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome: symptoms of scanty discharge, vaginal dryness and burning pain, lumbar and knee pain and weakness, heartburn and heat, red tongue with little moss and fine pulse, using Zuo Gui Wan with additional subtractions. (2) Blood depletion and stasis obstruction syndrome: symptoms include scanty vaginal discharge, vaginal dryness and astringency, lack of color, dark purple complexion, ecchymosis and petechiae, and thin and astringent pulse; treat with Xiaoying Decoction. It is recommended that patients with hypogonadism should seek medical treatment in time so as to avoid delaying the condition.
