Some patients with vitiligo can be restored to normal after active treatment with medication, phototherapy, transplantation therapy and other methods, while some are difficult to be restored to normal. Vitiligo treatment has some difficulties, but some patients can get better therapeutic effect after active treatment, the condition is controlled and the prognosis is relatively good. Commonly used treatments include medication, including topical fluticasone propionate, hydrocortisone butyrate, tacrolimus ointment, tacalcitol ointment and other drugs and/or internal prednisone, compound betamethasone and other drugs. Phototherapy, transplantation therapy, and masking therapy can also be used to treat vitiligo. However, some patients may experience recurrent or worsening conditions that are difficult to cure.
