Drink more water to prevent urinary tract stones. Strengthen the exercise of limbs to prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs; 5.A reasonable diet should be taken and more calcium-rich food should be consumed to prevent osteoporosis. Quit smoking, alcohol and weight control; 6.
