Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion is a type of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) that is often detected by cervical liquid-based cytology. Tumor pathology of the female genital organs is divided into two categories: low-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) and high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL).LSIL pathology manifests mild atypical hyperplasia, and HSIL pathology may manifest moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ. SIL pathogenesis is associated with persistent HPV infection, multiple sexual partners, smoking, low economic status, oral immunosuppression and other factors, and its treatment should be combined with HPV high-risk screening to achieve individualization and standardization, such as physical examination process if found cervical liquid-based cytology screening abnormalities, it is recommended that timely gynecological outpatient clinic, under the guidance of the physician for standardized treatment.
