The treatment for female infertility requires perfecting relevant tests to understand the causes of infertility and then treating them. The most common treatments are: 1) oral medication to promote follicle maturation and egg discharge, mainly for absent or sporadic ovulation, such as oral letrozole, clomiphene, etc. 2) tubal recanalization, either laparoscopic or hysteroscopic, mainly for infertility caused by blockage of the fallopian tubes. 3) for infertility caused by abnormalities of the reproductive system. For women who are not successful in the above treatments, assisted reproductive techniques such as artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer can be used to help them get pregnant. It is necessary to take care of rest and avoid strenuous exercise and overexertion to prevent disorders of the gynecological endocrine system during treatment.
