The index items of vaginal discharge examination include three parts, cleanliness examination, pathogenic microorganism examination, and chemical items examination. The cleanliness test includes the number of bacilli, cocci and leukocytes seen under the microscope, and the presence of epithelial cells and clue cells. 2. Microbiological test includes the examination of trichomonas and mycobacteria, and the positive detection of pathogenic microorganisms is the basis for the diagnosis of trichomoniasis and fungal vaginitis. 3. Chemical test includes pH, leukocyte esterase, catalase and salivary acid glucosidase, which helps to differentiate bacterial vaginosis from various inflammatory diseases.
