Platelets of 70 x 10^9/L are not anemia. 1. In the Plains, anemia is diagnosed by a hemoglobin of less than 120 g/L in adult males, less than 110 g/L in adult females (non-pregnant state), and less than 100 g/L in adult females (pregnant state). 3. Platelets are small pieces of cytoplasm shed from the cytoplasmic cleavage of mature megakaryocytes of bone marrow, which play a role in physiological hemostasis, with a normal value of (100~350)×10^9/L (100~300,000/mm). 4. Platelet 70×10^9/L, clinically considered as mild thrombocytopenia (100×10^9/L＞platelet count＞50×10^9/L), some patients will appear dizziness, fatigue and other non-specific accompanying symptoms, but mild thrombocytopenia does not usually appear bleeding symptoms, such as: recurrent skin bleedings, purpura, petechiae, bleeding gums, nosebleeds and so on. 5. There are many reasons that can cause thrombocytopenia, such as aplastic anemia, acute leukemia, primary thrombocytopenic purpura, hypersplenism, and so on. It is recommended that patients should go to regular hospitals in time if they find thrombocytopenia, so as to avoid delaying their condition.
