What causes head dirt?

Dandruff may be caused by physiological factors such as lack of hygiene, or it may be caused by diseases such as ringworm of the head, seborrheic dermatitis and scalp psoriasis.

4. Scalp psoriasis: the main symptom of scalp-type psoriasis is a red spot covered with thick scales, sometimes fused into a piece, appearing scalp phenomenon.
