The pain of stretching exercise after ankle arthroscopy is mainly caused by stretching exercise without complete recovery, which can be treated with general treatment and medication. 1. General treatment: in the early stage, if the pain symptoms are not very serious, ice packs can be given to the ankle joint within 72 hours after the operation, which is good for analgesia and swelling, and physical therapy can be given after 72 hours to promote the inflammation to subside. 2. Medication: If the pain is unbearable, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can be given to reduce inflammation and analgesic treatment, such as diclofenac sodium, ibuprofen extended-release capsules, acetaminophen and so on. It is recommended that patients follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment, do not blindly self-medication, and rehabilitation training should not be rushed.
